Refund policy

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. You will be able to purchase tickets online up to the time of the pop up, photo op, autograph or Interactive fan experience, if not sold out.

Be sure to purchase your ticket for the correct time slot. We will not be able to change time slots once the ticket is sold. All time slots have a 5 min grace period. If you miss your time slot we cannot guarantee you will be admitted into the experiences and all merch items associated with the experience will be relinquished.
